I've always been a big sushi fan and whenever I go to Zhuhai, there are many sushi restaurants! Amanda was never a huge fan until we moved here and she discovered the pickle roll. We decided that we were going to try and make some ourselves so we rounded up all the necessary supplies and ingredients and went at it. Basically the jobs broke down like this...Les: cut anything Amanda wants..Amanda: make sushi. The beauty of homemade sushi is that you can put whatever you want in!
These trays were for an evening that we had some friends over. I must say that I ate sushi for 3 days after this......every meal...every day (and that includes my 10 pm 2nd dinner).
